Do you keep copies of my transfers ?
Yes. We keep copies for a minimum of 30 days and sometimes up to 60 days. We do this so if there are any problems on the way back to you, we've got you covered. This also allows us to make additional copies of your transfers for family or friends without you having to send you rorginal materials back to us. Storagae beyond 30 days is determined but the amount of work coming through at the time. If our computers get to full, we have to purge older projects.
