Additional Copies Instructions:

1. Each transfer includes 1 CD. If you would like more than 1 CD, in addition to the first 1, please indicate over here.

2. If there's no title on the recording, then write a number on the recording for reference.
    
3. If you want a specific number of copies for all your transfers, just enter "All" in the first box and then select a number of copies. You can enter "All" if you only sent in 1 recording.
    
4. Press the [Print Form] button and include the printout along with your order form and tapes. Each additional copy is 6.95.
